					March 18th Developing Behavioral Support April 15th Crisis De-Escalation Techniques

	We are a payroll agency for individuals with disabilities who have Home Community based Services (HCBS) waivers and individuals who have physical Disabilities (PD) waivers. These individuals receive in-home support from a Personal Care Assistant (PCA). We help individuals locate a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to care for them. The PCA they hire provides them with care such as feeding, eating, grooming, bathing, dressing, range of motion, etc. Our agency contracts with different regions in the State of Kansas to serve as a payroll agency to pay (the PCA) for the care they give these individuals.
